Refunds & Replacements

  • If your item arrives incorrect, defective, damaged, or broken, contact us to request a refund or replacement.
  • Photo evidence is required when reporting an eligible issue.
  • If an item is missing from your order, we will ship the missing piece. Detailed photos are required.
  • Refund or replacement requests are subject to the policy’s stated time limits: 14 days from delivery or 30 days from the order date.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days and are issued to the original payment method.

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender because the customer entered an incorrect address.
