Because some products are handmade, personalized or produced on demand, minor variations in appearance, finish, color or dimensions may occur.

SECTION 3 — PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Certain Metals Custom products are personalized or made specifically according to customer selections.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, text, photographs, sizes, colors, designs and other personalization details before submitting an order.

Production may begin shortly after an order has been accepted and processed.

Requests to modify or cancel personalized or made-to-order products are subject to the conditions and time limits stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

Once a personalized product has entered production, modification or cancellation may no longer be possible.

This does not affect rights relating to products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law or our published policies.

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed to customers shopping in the United States are stated in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Payment transactions are processed through Shopify and/or the payment service providers displayed during checkout.

We do not directly store complete payment card information when payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
