Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Metals Custom through metalsignus.com.

1. Made-to-Order Products and Dispatch Origin

All our products are made to order. Orders are produced and dispatched from China after payment has been confirmed and the order has been processed.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 p.m. China Standard Time (UTC+8), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin their handling period on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin their handling period on the next business day.

3. Production and Handling Time

The estimated production and handling time for all made-to-order products is:

3–5 business days

Handling days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed. Please review all product options, sizes, colors, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

4. United States Shipping Time

After production is completed, the estimated shipping transit time to the United States is:

7–12 business days

The estimated total delivery time is therefore:

  • Production and handling: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping transit: 7–12 business days

  • Estimated total delivery time: 10–17 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

5. United States Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for orders delivered to the United States are based on the qualifying order value shown at checkout:

  • Orders from US$0.01 to US$98.99: US$8.95 standard shipping

  • Orders of US$99.00 or more: Free standard shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the customer completes payment.

We do not charge additional shipping or handling fees after checkout unless the customer requests a separately agreed change to the order or delivery method.

6. International Shipping

We ship to supported international destinations available at checkout.

The estimated total delivery time for supported destinations outside the United States is generally 10–21 business days, including production and shipping time.

For supported international orders:

  • Orders from US$0.01 to US$98.99: US$8.95 standard shipping

  • Orders of US$99.00 or more: Free standard shipping

Available destinations and the final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

7. Shipping Carriers and Tracking

We use tracked international shipping services and local last-mile carriers. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and available delivery service.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the available tracking information.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping confirmation has been issued.

8. Delivery Estimates and Possible Delays

The delivery periods stated in this policy are estimates based on normal production and carrier operations. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Events outside our reasonable control

If an order has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@metalsignus.com. We will review the tracking information and contact the carrier when appropriate.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, the order will be handled according to our Refund Policy:

9. Shipping Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us at support@metalsignus.com within two hours after placing the order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or shipment has begun.

If an order is returned, lost, or cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for applicable reshipping or replacement costs.

10. Multiple Shipping Addresses

Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address.

If you need products delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

11. Sales Tax, Customs Duties and Import Charges

Metals Custom does not currently collect sales tax at checkout.

Because orders are dispatched from China, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges, or other government-imposed fees may apply depending on the destination.

Unless specifically stated as included during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority or the delivery carrier. Customers should contact their local customs authority for additional information before placing an order.
